Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between [Esma Kaya Özgüler] and the individual or legal entity receiving the service (“Customer”).

1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations related to tour package consultancy services including itinerary suggestions, reservation guidance, and travel planning support.

2. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is determined based on the scope of consultancy. Payment is made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If the service has not yet commenced, the customer may withdraw within 14 days. Once the service has started, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
• 50% deduction for cancellations made less than 48 hours before service start.
• No refund if the service has been fully delivered.

5. Responsibilities

The Company is obliged to provide the service diligently. The Customer confirms the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized.
